Products purchased directly from KiVi Organics:
If the item you wish to return was purchased directly from the KiVi Organics website in the last 30 days then you may send the product back to us for refund or exchange. Products that have expired are not eligible for refund or replacement. We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed.
Please include the following with your return:
- Reason for return.
- Customer Number, Name, Shipping Address, Billing Address, and Phone Number.
- Let us know if you would like a replacement of the same product or if you would like the credit amount applied to an order of another item and we will be happy to process that order once we receive your return.
- If you prefer a credit card refund please provide Credit Card number, expiration date, and security code or we are happy to call you when we receive your return to collect that information.
- If you are requesting a refund check, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing and mailing of the check.
